"Eric is very professional, listens to your wants and needs but still tells you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. I met Eric because my old representative retired, and I was looking for a new agent, I met with Eric and discussed my account, he ask to come to my home to see what he would be insuring and get to know us better. During his visit, Eric sat us down and explained how we were under insured and why. This turned out to be a huge day in my life. We listened to Eric and upgraded policies, per his suggestions, and moved forward.
